Coming Home
Coming Home is a deeply personal solo retreat for those navigating transition, burnout, or a quiet longing to return to themselves.
The retreat offers a balance of softness and structure — providing both emotional safety and clear, grounded support for real inner change. Held in the natural landscape of Crete, this one-to-one immersion allows clarity, confidence, and inner alignment to emerge gently, at your own rhythm.
This is not an activity-based retreat, but a spacious, attentive container where presence, guidance, ceremony, and nature come together to support meaningful transformation.
Why Coming Home?
To step into a new chapter of life, we must first meet the present as it is.
A courageous opening — to grief, exhaustion, uncertainty, or simply the mystery of not knowing.
When we stop resisting what is here, something shifts. Stability returns. We feel grounded again. Strength rises quietly from within, and we begin to sense the seeds of rebirth.
This is the essence of our time together.
What to Expect
Through embodied practices, gentle movement, meditative explorations, ceremonies, and time in nature, you will be guided into deeper presence and inner listening.
You will also:
Reconnect with your body and senses.
Discover personal practices that truly work for you.
Explore thresholds of death and rebirth in your own life.
Learn to listen to inner guidance with clarity.
Root yourself in belonging and grounded strength.
By the end, you will carry home not only a sense of peace and renewal, but also practical ways to continue living in alignment with yourself.
Who This Retreat is For
This retreat is well suited for you if you are:
At a life threshold or period of transition feeling emotionally or energetically depleted seeking clarity, grounding, and reconnection drawn to depth rather than group dynamics.
You do not need to arrive with a clear intention — clarity often emerges naturally through the process.
No previous experience with retreats, meditation, or ceremony is required.

How the retreat takes shape
Coming Home is not offered as a fixed package.
Each Solo retreat is shaped through conversation, according to where you are in your life and what you are navigating at this moment. Some guests arrive needing rest and simplicity; others seek clarity, movement, or a deeper reconnection with themselves and the land.
Together, we explore what feels supportive in terms of:
rhythm and pace
length of stay
level of guidance and structure
practical arrangements, including accommodation and shared meals
Retreats may be shorter or longer, quieter or more immersive.
Dates are arranged directly with us once we connect, allowing the retreat to unfold in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and true to your needs.
A reference offering
As a point of orientation, we offer a standard Solo retreat format that takes place regularly during the year.

From those who have journeyed with us
“I have been going through a tough breakup for 5 months that made me feel depressed, anxious and lacking in self esteem. I have been seeing a psychotherapist and also trying some alternative treatments. All these options have been slowly helpful in one way or another.
The solo retreat with Daphne was a new experience for me and was indeed helpful. Daphne is skilful and was able to provide the necessary tools, methods and support in order for me to feel more confident and clear in the moment and also moving forward. I realised from the second day a tremendous improvement as I started eating well, being able to have a conversation and my anxiety level went down. By the end of the retreat I was able to laugh which I hadn’t done since the breakup.
The area where Daphne and her colleagues operate is one of the greatest places in Crete. It is full of beautiful nature that has a healing effect. I will never forget how kind and naturally generous Daphne and all her collaborators have been to me; like the surrounding nature, everyone gives in their own unique way without expectation. I felt a sense of harmony in the place and in the relationships between them. The minute I stepped in here I felt I can be myself. This is not easily found in other places.
I come away with a pathway for learning how to not control my relationships and to develop a healthier relationship with myself. I am also taking with me the nature – the hiking we did, the sea, the waterfall and the idea that there is a different life than the life I have been experiencing so far. I hope that all I am taking with me will come together to form something new which is a great gift.”

I will start this review with a clear yes recommendation, especially if you are committed to your internal growth journey and need a bit of extra support and guidance:) For all of you who prefer to go straight to the point, first a short overall impression. Daphne and Eledina, each in their own way, offered me softness, acceptance and embrace I needed for healing. At the same time they provided me the structure, activities and 1:1 sessions, that grounded me, lit my inner fire and empowered me to actually feel able to actively follow through with the changes I wish. So i really feel that the experience gave me so much and came at the right moment in my life.
Now the longer version of my thoughts …
I booked the retreat really intuitively, not being sure what I want exactly and what is drawing me in. Luckily, Daphne and Eledina offered to have a call with me before I have actually booked the retreat, so we made sure that we are a good match. (I also tend to recognise immature therapists/coaches/teachers by now, so was happy to see already at that point that they have done a lot of their own inner work).
And while I was still not sure about my intentions when coming to Crete (i.e. this is not a typical “do” (yoga/painting/…) retreat), this changed really fast once the retreat started. Already during my first session with Daphne, I managed to more clearly frame the drama I wish to leave behind. And the longer I was there, the clearer the image was. Due to the safe space created by the ladies and supported by the amazing nature surrounding me, I managed to ground myself and reconnected with my inner fire and passion for the first time in years. Daphne showed me how to meet my fire, when I am overwhelmed with a desire or anger, even self-hatred. And like this I finally feel ready to put boundaries to it, yet at the same time accept these parts of me, acknowledge their message and respond to them firmly but with the grounded place of calm.
Now when it comes to specific things: I really recommend exploring the area around the retreat (St John chapel is amazing and “magic” woodland around it will just pull you in immediately). This got me in a good mental space, where i naturally relaxed by just being surrounded with beautiful things. It also helped that i was eating healthy and tasty food (Eledina is a great cook!) every day, which is something I really need and appreciate:) Then, I also chose to do the trip with the ladies to Imbros Gorge and a nearby beach. We did the trip on my third day and that was the day when I felt that everything started shifting within me. And Daphne chose really good spots and moments there to do some of a heavy lifting work with me there, so while I was exhausted, I was calm and full at the same time at the end of the day.
And while it sounds a bit exotic and not a typical “thing” I would do, I am really happy that I did “cutting ties” ceremony on the fourth day. It is bizarre but I really felt the heaviness of my desires lightening up and ended the evening full of joy having the most fun dinner with the ladies. And even better, I felt that the joy is really mine, nothing coming from outside:)
I feel really grateful to leave with this new knowledge and experience, I definitely did not expect that I can achieve so much inner balance – which feels like a structural change – within me in only 5 days. Like for sure I was ready and “ripe” for it, but I am still amazed that this has actually happened:) So if you are in in-between period, slightly confused but feel ready to change, for sure book this retreat (or maybe just a day trip with the ladies in case you are in Crete so or so)!
Kisses and hugs,
Živa
