Month 1: Foundations of Self-Care and Energy Awareness  
This month focuses on grounding practices, connection with the body, and cultivating awareness of your inner state. You’ll identify a physical practice that strengthens your core and begin building nourishing routines around nutrition and energetic self-care.
Through this work, you will develop a personalised rhythm that supports your body, emotions, and mind — creating greater steadiness, clarity, and overall well-being.
Month 2: Knowing Who You Are
This month is devoted to clarifying your gifts, values, passions, and unique contribution. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you’ll deepen your understanding of what truly matters to you.
You will gain clarity about your purpose, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and experience a stronger alignment with your true nature.
Month 3: Embodied Communication with Others
This month explores value-aligned communication and the role of relationships in your life path. You’ll learn how to express yourself clearly, navigate conflict constructively, and set healthy boundaries.
As you integrate these practices, you will build stronger, more meaningful relationships and develop greater confidence in honoring your energy and values in interactions.
Month 4: Vision for a Joyful Life
This month supports you in clarifying your life vision and aligning your personal and professional goals with who you truly are. You’ll explore how to integrate your gifts and values into a realistic, purposeful life direction.
Through this process, you will experience renewed motivation, clearer direction, and the confidence to take aligned steps toward your vision.
Month 5: Trust and Inner Guidance
This month is devoted to cultivating trust — in yourself and in the unfolding of life. You’ll explore challenges as opportunities for self-discovery and learn how to strengthen your connection with your inner guidance.
You will develop greater resilience, a calmer relationship with uncertainty, and a receptive state that allows intuitive clarity to emerge naturally.
Month 6: Integration and Embodiment
In this final month, we gather and integrate the work of the previous pillars. The focus is on bringing your learning into daily life — refining your habits, sustaining joy, and making your vision tangible.
You will leave with practical tools, embodied confidence, and the capacity to continue your journey independently — living in deeper alignment with who you are.
